At Royale Mobility we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our customers. We understand the importance of reliable mobility equipment and aim to provide a fair and transparent return and refunds process.
Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
Returns will be accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is faulty, defective, or not as described.
- The item is in clean condition and, where possible, in its original packaging.
We may accept used items only when the return is related to a manufacturer defect or functional issue.
Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, the following items are non-returnable:
- Personal hygiene items that have been opened or used (e.g., cushions, commodes, incontinence supplies).
- Custom-built or specially modified products.
Refunds and Replacements
Where a return is approved:
- A full refund, replacement, or repair will be offered, depending on the nature of the issue.
- Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
Warranty Coverage
Most of our mobility equipment is covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty, which begins from the original date of purchase.
You will be made aware at the time or purchase about the period of warranty on your product.
Standard Warranty Includes:
- Warranty period: typically, 12 months unless otherwise specified for certain products.
- Proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty claims.
Exclusions:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Consumable items such as tyres, lights etc.
If your product develops a fault within the warranty period, please contact our Royale Mobility team with your product details, and a description of the issue. We may request photos or a service inspection before proceeding.
Warranty Resolution Options:
- Repair of the faulty item.
- Replacement of the item or affected part.
- Refund, at our discretion, if a suitable solution cannot be provided.
